Tutorial - How to install a LG Firmware using KDZ

OBS: Read very carefully, do not ignore any part of the procedure. 

Make sure that your device has enough power to perform 

the entire process, at least 60

For the device to be recognized by the PC, it is necessary to have the drives installed.
On the device you have the program 'LG PC Suite IV' it is on the SD card.

With this program, if you prefer, you can synchronize and
back up your phone data.
Install the Lg Pc Suite on your computer to continue.

Before the process, enable USB debug mode.
Settings> Applications> development.

Important
In order for the process to complete successfully, disable the "LGE Virtual Modem".
Control Panel> System> Hardware> Device Manager> Modems
Right-click LGE Virtual Modem, and then click Disable.

Required files
1 - KDZ UPDATE EN.
2 - Stock Rom for your device

Let's go to the process

1 - Run the KDZ_FW_UPD.exe file 
In Type , you will leave in the option 3GQCT , in Phone Mode , select DIAG . 
2 - Connect your phone to the PC, wait for it to be recognized. 
3 - In KDZ File, locate the Stock Rom . ( rom stock with .kdz extension ) 
4 - Press the "Launch software update" or "Launch software update" button . 
5 - Wait for the process to end.

In about 5 minutes the phone will start up with the new firmware.
If the device is restarting on the LG logo,
Turn your device on by holding the volume down keys + power button, then your device will enter hard reset mode and restart.
