Tutorial to install rom stock / firmware oreo 8.0 on Galaxy note 8
Using Odin, follow these steps below.
Attention, there are 2 installation modes, with 4 and / or 5 files, or
    installation with 1 file.
obs: for firmware with only 1 file, follow the same process, add only on AP / PDA
    1- AP (System & Recovery)
    2- BL (Bootloader)
    3- CP (Modem / Radio)
    4- CSC _ *** (Country / Region / Operator)
    5- HOME_CSC _ *** (Country / Region / Operator)

Add each file to its respective field in Odin v3.13.1.

Use CSC _ *** if you want to make a clean flash or
HOME_CSC _ *** if you want to keep your applications and data.
Restart your phone in Download / Odin mode with the following combination of buttons:
POWER + VOLUME DOWN + BIXBY
Other options if the first option does not work or is not possible.
Option 2 VOLUME DOWN + VOLUME UP, insert the USB cable
Option 3 POWER + VOLUME DOWN + VOLUME UP
Option 4 POWER + VOLUME DOWN + HOME BUTTON ( this is the most common )

Once in download mode, connect your phone to the PC, preferably using the original USB cable.

Odin should detect your device and a BLUE box will appear with the COM port number.
(Make sure the SAMSUNG DRIVERS are installed on your PC!)
DO NOT check any extra boxes. The only options to be marked are F.Reset Time and Auto-Reboot.
Click the start button, wait for Odin to say 'PASS' in a GREEN box. When the flash is complete, the phone will reboot and you can disconnect the phone from the PC, the first boot may take a few minutes, do nothing, just wait.
