It has been very long time that I didnt do any exercise. I feel that I get tired and my stamina goes down easily. This is simply not a good sign. I"d tried to accomplish some Tai Chi exercise after work. Nevertheless it appears like I can not remain. I used to exercise regularly. I jogged 3 days a week for at the very least 5 km. Together with that I"d Tai Chi lessons twice-a week. But now due to the active working life and my favorite Korean series on TV during the night, I hardly exercise.
