HOW TO FLASH QUALCOMM SNAPDRAGOM PHONES
Note: Keep in mind that prior to flash check out the battery time. It should be 20-30% charged. Backup your device data including personal data before flashing or installing firmware on your device.
- Download the latest version Qualcomm USB Driver and install it on your computer.
- Download and extract Qualcomm Flash Image Loader (QFIL). You will find QFIL.exe file. You don’t need to install it on your computer.
- Click on QFIL.exe to launch it.
- Switch off your Qualcomm chipset based device. Press and hold Volume UP key and Connect the device with your PC.
- Now open the Qualcomm Flash Image Loader (QFIL) and Click on Browse button and locate the firmware (.mbn). QFIL will automatically add the rest of the data.
- Once you have located the firmware, click on the Download button to start the Flashing process. It may take 10 – 15 minutes to complete. When flashing process is completed your device will be reboot.
- Now disconnect your Android device from computer. Flashing process is completed.
