HOW TO FLASH HTC PHONES

Before starting make sure that
Download HTC modile flashing software

• ADB debugging is on 
• Phone is unlocked 
• The zip that you want to flash is named "flash.zip" 
• The kernel img is named to boot.img 
• Then use flashing tool to flash the HTC ROM Step 1: Place the boot.img/zip in the Tools folder
• Step 2: Use the tool to flash flash
